Membership of the Association is open to any County Schools’ Association in England that have paid their annual affiliation fee, and whose constitution and application for membership has been approved by the Executive.
The Officers of the Association are the President, Chairman, Secretary, Assistant Secretary and Treasurer. They are elected by ballot at the Annual General Meeting and serve for two years.
Also on the Executive are two Representatives from England Golf; the lead for Junior participation, and the Chairman of the Championships Committee, other nominated representatives who bring a skill set, agreed by the Executive, that will benefit the objectives of the Association and a nominated representative from each of the five regions, who is not already on the Executive Committee.
The Executive meets 5 times per annum, which includes an AGM. Through these meetings it conducts its main business, which is looking after its member associations, and organising the running of its events – National Championships at Under 19 and Under 16 level, National Team Championships, and the annual International against Wales. The Executive also liaise with Regional Managers to support their events.
