Entries: Entry is available to players born on or after 1st Sept 2006, who also satisfy one of these criteria:

(1)    If a county championship has been held, have played in that and qualified for the regional.

(2)    For players in unaffiliated counties, has played in the championship of an adjoining county as a guest and qualified as a representative of the host county.
